Fire dancers swirl balls of fire around the Man before he is ignited and burned to join the dust of the playa. People hike up the pyramid to view the Man in the daylight. Cherie with the Man at night. The Man draped in neon. Fire dancers. The ring of fire. The fireworks begin, the crowd comes to life. Fireworks explode out of the Man. The Man seems to wave goodbye before he is engulfed with flames. Some cry, some cheer, others just stare in silence as the Man is swallowed in a massive bonfire. The Man engulfed in flames. After the Man falls people dance hand in hand around his ashes. The eyes of night fall upon the playa. Nightclubs open and lazers light the sky. The party on the playa continues until dawn. Pinkys is the place to party in the day. Everyday Pinkys pours drinks free of charge for all the thirsty Burners on the playa. Laughter and fun was had by all! Pink bunnies were bouncing around everywhere. Antennas are going to be big this year. Pink and blue. Dancing in the sunlight. Does she have a butterfly stuck in her hair? Pirate at Pinkys. Men in pink. Dano at Pinkys. A pirate ship floats along the dusty desert floor. Art cars lace the playa with color. People gathered hand in hand to form a circle around the Man. Temple guy. I'm not sure if that plane is "air worthy." Jason knows this "art car" has nothing on him! Luck of the Irish? A happy couple basks in the sun after being married at Burning Man. 6,000 women ride their bikes topless through the playa on the annual "Critical Tits" bike-ride. Finding shade in art. Out for a morning stroll in the bunny car. 18,000 pound granite slabs floating in the air. The Temple of Gravity. This art is for sale. The price tag is a half a million dollars. Proof that you can build a house of cards in the desert. That's one big ball of cards! Greg volunteers at Starbucks. Interesting beard. Matt makes home-made Vodka, ready to drink only three days later. It's hard to get your body just the right shade of blue. Cherie and Greg. I wonder what he did to earn his wings? Cherie makes a mug in the ceramic studio. Jason makes a clay flute. What planet are we on again? Ace takes Cherie on a ride in his chariot. We spend all day drinking home-made brew and singing karaoke. Cherie and Grace serenade nearby camps during a sandstorm. Singing makes us hungry, so we stop to share a burger. Cherie stabs her finger packing up camp which resulted in three shots and six stitches. In all the fun I forgot "Safety First." Camp Eden has a toast to one heck of a trip! See you next year on the playa!
