Cherie near an old stone castle in Connemara, Ireland. Real tranquilty is when time stops and the only thing you can hear is your own breath. The Abbey nestled in the forest. Wild flowers. The castle's tool shed. The gardens. Lindsay and Cherie. Lindsay. After a cold day, Lindsay, Kat and Cherie cuddle up by the fire of an old monastery. The ladies learn quick that Guinness warms you up faster than any fire. Irish fashion statements Lindsay and Cherie at a beach in Connemara. You can only imagine how cold that water is. Hanging out at the beach. Who wants a ride with skipper Cherie? I'm ready, all I need is a passenger! Anyone brave enough? Canoes on an Irish shore. A little too pricey for our budget, we visit the Ashford Castle instead of lodging there. I like castles with moats. Moats are cool. Ashford castle, surprisingly affordable if you have a lot of money. Doesn't look right does it. It's hard to find a chick that looks good on a tractor these days. I can't pronounce it, but let's go anyway! The rugged and tranquil Irish coast. He's taking his cows for a walk. A guy on the side of the road selling gas masks. Just in case. In some small towns the people only speak Irish! Wait mom! I want a drink right now! Pete gives the garden a quick plow. Cherie, hard at work. I was definately born in the right century. Where can you get a drink around here? Kat plays a game with some local boys. That's a home run! When are they going to put this sport in the Olympics? The best place to buy a Bodhran. Ireland hosts a lot more than just the color green. No mortar needed here. Anyone thirsty for yummy green sludge in their water? Rugged stone landscapes. Lindsay trying to stay warm. Those Irish tides are so unpredictable. Do you really need 7 lines to secure this boat? I don't think it's going anywhere. As a traveler in Ireland is it imperative that you wear a tweed hat. Otherwise, you're stuck with something goofy like this. Ladies, waiting. Doesn't the word "room" imply a roof? A house of stones. Is this what it's like to be rescued? There's a rock group. I wonder if they're called the "Rolling Stones". Lovely ear-rings Mrs. Beef. Being an Albino in Ireland isn't bad. There's not too much sun. Lindsay looks at the roofless house. They certainly don't make roofs like they used to. There's no privacy here! Getting that "wind blown" look is easy in Ireland. Sheep. In Ireland, it's the simple things. It's too damn cold to be complex. Some ships were never meant to sail. A simple drive is always full of unexpected beauty. Cherie jumping on a bog. Bogs are smooshy and fun to play on. Which way should we go? Back at the Old Monastery Hostel. A hike around the monastery's grounds. The first question these guys asked: "Are you Protestant or Catholic?"
