This year we went to a local pumpkin patch in Seal Beach to choose our pumpkins and play on the carnival rides operated by friendly guys (apparently with no dental insurance!) Then Ellie dressed up as a princess and her brother Tanner turned into Spiderman. Halloween is for dreamers. You get to be whoever you want to be and get free candy from your neighbors. No wonder it is my favorite holiday! In these photos you'll see laughter and happiness in its purest form. A princess's work is never done. Being a princess is all about details. Look at those sparkly shoes! Who is the fairest one of all? She's so cute, she just has to give herself a kiss! How long does a princess have to wait these days for her prince charming? Brother Tanner is spiderman! Being a princess is much harder than most people imagine! What a silly princess, she must take after her Aunt Cherie! Time to go to the pumpkin patch! But I don't think Stan and Joanne fit in that train! Grace looks up! Ellie drives the train. Tanner becomes the goat's number one fan! Grace finds another friendly goat. Ellie learns from the goats, you have to clean your plate! Dad pets the pigs. Grace. A goat comes between Dad and Tanner. Michelle and Julie with Grace and Ellie. Slide into a good time! Tanner becomes a captain of his own vessel at the young age of two. Kids in all directions. What is Grace thinking about? Even at this age, Tanner hates the traffic. Aren't they too young to ride Harleys? Grace rides a pink piggy. Mother and daughter--pure happiness. Cousins. Tanner, Ellie and Grace.
