Cherie started cruising offshore in 2001 and since has logged over 10,000 nautical miles from California, down the coast of Mexico, Costa Rica, Panama and throughout the Caribbean. Sogsti's column is also printed in The Current, a weekly supplement in the Orange Country Register, every Friday.
